Fair face means a face without any flaws. The part without plaster on the structural is called fair face. Fair face looks beautiful. Rain water which is resistant to moisture cannot damage the wall. No hair cracks can be seen on the fair face wall. After the rain, the water dries quickly so it does not get wet on the fair face wall.
White cement 80% , and gray cement 20%, ¾ ”stone chips 70%, ½” stone chips 30%, sylhet sand 80% ,Local sand 20% water cement ratio is to be mixed with water.
Fair face is a bit harder to work than normal face.
If the satire of fair face work has to be done 100% correct, then the face will not be beautiful.
Usually fair face wall RCC is to be done. It requires skilled labor to work.
Before shuttering the fair face work, the shutter has to be cleaned and oiled (diesel or mobil) for good.
